These Terms of Use govern your use of DomainWatch. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
DomainWatch helps users track domain names, view WHOIS/RDAP registration information, and receive reminders for important domain-related dates such as expiry and renewal deadlines.
DomainWatch is an informational tool. It does not register, renew, transfer, manage, or modify domain names on your behalf.
DomainWatch retrieves domain data from public WHOIS/RDAP sources or from a configured lookup API endpoint. Domain data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate depending on the registry, registrar, domain extension, or lookup provider.
You are responsible for verifying critical domain information directly with your registrar or domain provider.
DomainWatch may provide reminders for domain-related dates. Reminders are provided for convenience only and are not a guarantee that you will receive notice before a domain expires or changes status.
You remain responsible for renewing and managing your domains on time.
DomainWatch may offer paid features through DomainWatch Pro, including expanded tracking and premium functionality.
Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store using your Apple ID. Available plans may include monthly, yearly, lifetime, or trial-based options depending on availability in your region.
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when purchasing a subscription, where applicable.
Lifetime purchases, if offered, provide access to eligible DomainWatch Pro features for the lifetime of the app, subject to platform availability and these terms.
Payments, refunds, and billing issues are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. To request a refund, use Apple’s official refund process.
You agree not to misuse DomainWatch, including by:
Attempting to disrupt lookup services or app functionality
Using the app for unlawful activity
Reverse engineering or tampering with the app beyond what is allowed by law
Sending excessive automated requests through any configured API endpoint
DomainWatch does not provide legal, financial, trademark, cybersecurity, or domain brokerage advice. Domain-related decisions should be verified with appropriate professionals or your domain registrar when necessary.
DomainWatch may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Public lookup services and registry data sources may also change or become unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomainWatch and its developer are not liable for losses resulting from missed renewals, inaccurate domain data, unavailable lookup services, notification failures, or reliance on information displayed in the app.
Your use of DomainWatch is also subject to Apple’s App Store terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, available at:

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of DomainWatch after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
