Pursuant to DOLE Administrative Order No. 199 dated 08 June 2026 hereto attached, the public is hereby advised that, effective 09 June 2026, this Regional Office shall immediately cease the processing, evaluation, and issuance of all Allen Employment Permit (AEP) applications under DOLE Department Order No. 248, Series of 2025, including pending, ongoing, and stalled applications, which shall be assumed by the Central Office through the Bureau of Local Employment (BLE).
Accordingly, this Office shall immediately facilitate the turnover of allAEP records, documents, and related inventories necessary to ensure a smooth and orderly transition.
