Unless otherwise expressly stated, virtual items:
Have no real-world monetary value
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Are not transferable outside the applicable App
Are licensed for use within the App rather than sold as physical property
We may modify the availability, balance, functionality, or value of virtual items where reasonably necessary for gameplay, technical, security, or operational purposes.
Some of our Apps may offer optional in-app purchases.
Purchases are processed through the applicable platform provider, such as Google Play or another authorized app marketplace.
Prices, payment methods, taxes, refunds, and billing are generally governed by the policies and terms of the applicable platform.
Unless required by applicable law or platform rules, we do not directly process payment card information.
Some Apps may allow users to voluntarily watch advertisements in exchange for in-App rewards.
Rewards may include virtual currency, additional gameplay opportunities, temporary benefits, boosts, or other digital items.
A reward may require successful completion of the applicable advertisement.
Technical errors, connectivity issues, advertising provider availability, or other circumstances may occasionally prevent an advertisement or reward from being delivered.
Where reasonably possible, we may provide mechanisms to restore or compensate eligible rewards, but uninterrupted availability of rewarded advertisements is not guaranteed.
You are responsible for your use of our Apps.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Apps.
This may include loss of data, loss of virtual progress, device-related issues, or interruption of service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an App where reasonably necessary, including where:

Security of the App or its users is threatened

The App or service is discontinued
You may stop using our Apps at any time by uninstalling them from your device.
