Act 4 Plus

The player has achieved the good ending of the base game. But instead of the game ending, Sayori brings back Monika to give her a second chance. The game resets back to the very beginning with some changes made. Instead of a romance route with Yuri and Natsuki, it becomes more of a friendship route for both of them.
