Hi!

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Rockwool Foundation Berlin, and ESMT Berlin, and a Research Associate at the Berlin School of Economics.

I am a labor economist. My research uses matched employer-employee data to study wage formation and worker-firm sorting, with a particular interest in how information frictions shape hiring and inequality.

I completed my PhD in Economics at Uppsala University. I am affiliated with Uppsala Center for Labor Studies (UCLS) and a member of the OECD's LinkEED2 network.
