Hi!

I am a labor economist. I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Rockwool Foundation Berlin and ESMT Berlin, and a Research Associate at the Berlin School of Economics.

In my research, I study wage formation, worker-firm sorting, and the gender pay gap, with a particular interest in how information frictions shape hiring and inequality.

I completed my PhD in Economics at Uppsala University, where I remain affiliated with Uppsala Center for Labor Studies (UCLS). I am also a member of the OECD's LinkEED2 network.
