* **Read External Storage & Manage External Storage (All Files Access):** We request this permission strictly to scan your device's internal storage and external SD cards to locate and organize your documents within the App.

Your privacy is our utmost priority.
* **No Uploads:** Your files, documents, and data are **never** uploaded to the internet, sent to our servers, or shared with any third parties.
* **Local Processing Only:** All file scanning, parsing, rendering, and search operations are performed entirely locally on your device.
* **Recent Files History:** We maintain a list of your most recently opened files for your convenience. This history is stored locally on your device (using Shared Preferences) and is never synced externally.
### 4. Data Retention and Deletion Policy
Since the App operates offline and we do not collect any user data on our servers, we do not retain any of your personal information.
* **Local Data**: Any locally stored metadata (like "Recent Files") is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App data in your device settings.
* **Requests**: Since no data is collected, there is no data to delete. However, if you have any questions regarding local data, you may contact us.

We ensure your data is secure by keeping it on your device. We do not use any third-party tracking SDKs or cloud-sync features that could expose your documents to external threats.
