When you access the Document Reader - All Scan PDF app, your device automatically sends data for technical reasons. This data is stored separately from any other data you may provide to us, including:

This data is stored for technical purposes only and is not associated with any specific individual.
3.2 Support Requests
If you contact our support team, we collect and store the personal data you provide to process your request. You are not required to provide personal data and may contact us using a pseudonym.
We store support requests for 120 days after completion to ensure proper resolution and assist with any future issues.
Processing is carried out to fulfill your request and ensure proper operation of the app under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
For general inquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to emails under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
