3.1 Automated Data Collection

When you access the Document Reader, PDF Viewer app, your device automatically sends data for technical reasons. This data is stored separately from any other data you may provide to us, including:

We store support requests for 120 days after completion to ensure your request has been processed successfully and to assist with any future issues.
Data processing for support requests is conducted to fulfill your request and ensure proper operation of the app, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
For general inquiries, we process data based on our legitimate interest in responding to emails, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We use “cookies” to provide all features of the app and enhance user experience. Cookies are small files stored on your device via your browser. You may block cookies through your browser settings, though this may limit some app features.
