Privacy Policy for
Doctors Path Academy
This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Doctors Path Academy mobile application (the “Service”).
Information We Collect
When you use the Service, we collect several types of information to provide, improve, and secure our platform and to protect our educational content.
1. Personal and Account Information
When you create an account, we collect the following personal data:
Full name
Email address
Mobile phone number
During registration, we also collect your Device ID, which is permanently linked to your account. This ensures that each account can only be used on one device, helping us protect our educational content and prevent account sharing, misuse, or unauthorized distribution.
2. Device and Technical Information
We automatically collect certain technical and device-related information for security, fraud prevention, and content protection purposes, including:
Real Device Verification:
The application checks whether the device is a real physical device or an emulator. This is done by analyzing technical indicators such as battery status, SIM card presence, and other system-level signals.
Device Identifiers:
Including the Device ID, which is used to bind the account to a single device and prevent login from other devices.
Device Status and Developer Mode Detection:
The application verifies whether Developer Mode is enabled. The Service is not allowed to be used while Developer Mode is active, as this may compromise system security and facilitate unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or theft of educational content.
Log Data:
Such as IP address, device type, operating system, and usage logs, which are collected to monitor suspicious activity, enhance security, and optimize service performance.
3. Usage Information
We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including:
Courses you view or access
Features you use
This data helps us improve user experience, enhance educational content, and optimize application performance.
4. Media Information
If you choose to upload a profile picture or any other media, the application may request access to your device’s camera or photo storage. This access is used only when you explicitly initiate an upload and is never used without your consent.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To Provide and Maintain the Service:
To create and manage user accounts, process payments, and provide access to educational materials.
To Protect Content and Prevent Abuse:
By restricting account usage to a single device, detecting emulators, and blocking access while Developer Mode is enabled, in order to safeguard intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution.
For Security and Fraud Prevention:
To detect, prevent, and respond to unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse of the platform.
To Communicate with You:
To send service-related notifications, course updates, exam reminders, and respond to user support requests.
