Owners Portals/Online Payments: We are excited to announce our new Owners Portals. The Portal has much to offer, including Online Payment options, real-time access to view your account history and current balance, online submission of Architectural review requests, and much more. Covenants and Restrictions Revitalization: An area of focus for the HOA in the past year was to ensure our Covenants & Restrictions would remain in place, preserving everyone’s property values. You may recall the large packet received in April and the consent forms to “revitalize” our C&R’s.  We had an outstanding response to the mailing (Thank You!); and in late August, the HOA received feedback from the State of Florida that Doctors Landing's C&R’s were revitalized!
