Here's a quick explanation of how demo content can be imported.

Importing demo content allows you to have the same demo content as the themes in the preview.

This step is only for testing blog (if you want test this template before apply to your main blog). Don't apply this step to your main blog.

Import Demo Content

Step 1-2

Access your blog dashboard

1. click "Settings".

2. in Manage Blog click "Import Content".

3. click in "I am not a robot".

4. click in "Import from computer".

Step 2-2

In your shopping folder.

Unzip the file "Document" > There is a folder named "Demo Blog Data" > click > "demo-blog-data" > and select either of the two. and click in "Open".
