Enable the Table of Contents, is a fairly simple and quick process.

1. Log into your Blogger dashboard and go to Layout > "on Bar Left" > Plugin and Other > Table of Contents. Click on Edit.

2. In the content field to enable add "yes" and to disable add "No". And click on Save.
