Create the Mailchimp (Embedded forms) for the Blog, is a fairly simple and quick process.

1. Log into your Blogger dashboard and go to Mailchimp > Navbar Vertical > Audience > Signup forms > Embedded form. Click on the Option.

2. By default two "Form fields" are created as Email and Name. Click on the continue button.

3. It will generate a form action code which we are going to extract a specific line of code from.

Extracting these codes will add them to the form fields embedded in the themes.
