How to add the contact form on the page

Show the contact form on a post or page is a fairly simple and quick process.
1. Log into your Blogger dashboard and go to Navbar Vertical > New Post and Page > New Page. Then add this code.

In the post or page, change to "HTML View" mode and Paste the code.
