The Header tab allows you to choose the style of your header by changing the value of the option. The images give you an idea of what this style looks like. It also allows you to adjust some of the header values.
1. Log into your Blogger dashboard.
2. Go to Theme > Customize > Advanced > Header.
3. Make necessary changes > Save.
Choose from the 5 positions:
Logo left, menu left: Value 0px to enable.
Logo left, menu center: Value 1px to enable.
Logo left, menu right: Value 2px to enable.
Logo center, menu left: Value 3px to enable.
Logo top left, menu left: Value 4px to enable.
Choose the color scheme from the 4 options:
Standard: Value 0px to enable. Use the blog's default colors.
Scheme 1: Value 1px to enable.
Scheme 2: Value 2px to enable.
Scheme 3: Value 3px to enable.
Choose the position from the 2 options:
Header position top: Value 0px to enable. Default position.
Header position Bottom: Value 1px to enable.

Choose the spacing from the 3 options:
Padding top:
To disable: Value 0px to disable.
Small: Value 1px to enable.
Medium: Value 2px to enable.
Large: Value 3px to enable.
To disable: Value 0px to disable.
Small: Value 1px to enable.
Medium: Value 2px to enable.
Large: Value 3px to enable.
Show the border bottom:
To disable: Value 0px to disable.
To enable: Value 1px to enable.
