The Enable Mouse Cursor Style option allows you to change the cursor for all the theme.

How to Setting Mouse Cursor

1. Log into your Blogger dashboard.

2. Go to Theme > Customize > Advanced > Animations & effects.

3. Make necessary changes > Save.

• To disable: Value 0px to disable.

• Cursor Style Dot: Value 1px to enable.

• Cursor Style Circle: Value 2px to enable.

• Cursor Style Plus: Value 3px to enable.
