🟠 Create the Mailchimp forms

1. Log into your Mailchimp dashboard.

2. Go to Forms > Other forms.

3. Click on the botton “Create new form”.

4. Select the form "Embedded form".

Form name: Add the Form name.

Audience: Select your audience.

Click on the botton "Continue to builder".

5. Select the form "Embedded form".

6. Clic on tab "Form Fields".

7. Enable the fields "Email" and "Name".

8. Clic on the boton "Continue".

9. Your form is ready! 🎉 and a generated code.

Nota: Do not close the page with the generated code.
