Follow these steps to install your Blogger theme manually via the Blogger admin panel:

Step 1 : Log into Blogger

1. Log into your Blogger dashboard.

2. Go to Theme.

3. Click on "Customize ▼".

4. Click on "Restore".

5. Click on “Upload” and select the theme .xml file from the ThemeForest package you downloaded. You can find the theme .xml file inside the extracted folders.

Step 2 : Upload the theme manually

1. Log into your Blogger dashboard.

2. Go to Theme.

3. Click on "Customize ▼".

4. Click on "Edit HTML".

5. Open the theme .xml file from the ThemeForest package you downloaded. You can find the theme .xml file inside the extracted folders.

Note: You can open an XML file with text editors (such as Notepad, Notepad++, or Sublime Text).

6. Copy all the code.

7. Go to Blogger's “HTML Editor”.

8. Select all the code in Blogger's “HTML Editor” and delete.

9. Paste the code for the new theme.

10. Make necessary changes > Save.

Recommendation:

The Manually Upload process is the most effective way to load your theme clean and without any problems. The Automatic Upload process loads the theme fine, but leaves many codes and widgets, gadgets that were contained in the previous theme.
