DocDash ("the app") is a document scanning app published by MyTeraAI. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.
DocDash does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.
All scanning, image processing, and text recognition (OCR) happen entirely on your device. DocDash does not upload your scanned documents, photos, or extracted text to any server operated by us or any third party. Nothing you scan ever leaves your device unless you personally choose to share or export it (for example, via Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or Save to Files) using iOS's standard share sheet.
DocDash does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking software of any kind. We do not collect, store, or have access to your documents, photos, contacts, or usage behavior.
DocDash offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("DocDash Pro") that removes certain free-tier limits. All payment is handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account — DocDash and MyTeraAI never receive or process your payment card details. Subscription management (viewing, changing, or canceling) is handled through your Apple ID settings. DocDash requests camera access solely to let you scan documents, and photo library access solely to let you import existing photos to scan or save PDFs you create. These permissions are used only for the feature you invoke them for.
DocDash does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, since it does not collect information at all in the course of normal use.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
