本隱私權政策適用於「全能轉檔器 / DocConvert」（以下稱「本 App」）。

一、本 App 的用途
本 App 提供文件轉換與 PDF 工具功能，例如：
- 圖片轉 PDF
- PDF 轉圖片
- PDF 轉 Word
- Word 轉 PDF
- 簡報轉 PDF
- PDF 合併、分割與頁面整理
- 雲端高精度文件轉換
部分簡單功能會在您的裝置本機處理；部分需要點數的高精度轉換會透過雲端服務處理。
二、我們可能收集的資料
本 App 可能收集或處理以下資料：
1. 帳號資料
當您使用 Google 登入時，我們可能會取得：
- Google 帳號電子郵件
- Google 帳號識別資訊
- Firebase 使用者 ID
用途：
- 建立並同步您的點數錢包
- 驗證 Google Play 付款
- 防止重複發放點數
- 讓您在同一帳號中恢復點數狀態
2. 文件與檔案資料
當您使用雲端轉換功能時，您選擇的文件可能會被上傳到雲端轉換服務處理。
可能包含：
- 原始文件檔案
- 轉換後的結果檔案
- 檔案名稱
- 檔案大小
- 檔案格式
- 轉換任務狀態
用途：
- 執行文件轉換
- 產生下載連結
- 確認轉換是否成功
- 在失敗時退回預扣點數
不需要雲端處理的本機功能，會盡量在您的裝置上處理。
3. 付款與購買資料
本 App 使用 Google Play Billing 處理 App 內購買。
我們不會收集或保存您的信用卡號碼、銀行帳戶或完整付款資訊。
為了發放點數，我們可能會處理：
- Google Play 商品 ID
- 購買驗證 token
- 訂單或交易狀態
- 發放的點數數量
- 購買是否已處理過
用途：
- 驗證購買是否有效
- 發放點數
- 防止同一筆購買重複加點
- 處理付款成功但尚未完成入帳的情況
4. 廣告相關資料
本 App 可能使用 Google AdMob 顯示廣告。
Google AdMob 可能會依其服務規則收集或使用：
- 裝置資訊
- 廣告識別碼
- 廣告互動資料
- 粗略位置或推估資訊
- App 使用相關資訊
用途：
- 顯示廣告
- 防止廣告詐欺
- 分析廣告成效
廣告資料的處理也會受到 Google 相關服務政策約束。
5. 技術與診斷資料
為了維持服務穩定，本 App 或後端服務可能會處理：

四、我們可能分享資料的對象

我們只會在提供 App 功能所需的範圍內分享資料。
五、資料保存與刪除
1. 文件檔案
雲端轉換所需的原始檔案與結果檔案，僅用於完成轉換與下載。這些檔案會保留在雲端暫存空間一段有限時間，之後會刪除或失效。正式服務目標是讓暫存檔案在處理完成後或最多約 24 小時內刪除或失效。
2. 點數與購買紀錄
為了防止重複發放點數、處理退款、客服與交易紀錄確認，我們可能會保存與購買驗證相關的紀錄，例如商品 ID、加點紀錄與 purchase token 的安全雜湊值。
3. 帳號資料
如果您使用 Google 登入，本 App 會使用 Firebase 使用者 ID 與電子郵件來維護點數錢包。您可以聯絡我們要求刪除與您帳號相關的資料。
4. 本機資料
部分轉換歷史、暫存檔案與輸出檔案可能儲存在您的裝置上。您可以透過 App 功能或裝置系統設定刪除 App 資料。
六、資料安全
我們會採取合理措施保護資料安全，包括：
- 使用 HTTPS 傳輸資料
- 使用 Firebase token 驗證登入狀態
- 付款成功後由後端驗證 Google Play purchase token
- 不在 App 內保存 Google Play 私鑰
- 不保存完整信用卡資料
- 不在後端日誌中記錄完整 purchase token、完整 Firebase ID token 或私鑰
然而，任何網路傳輸或電子儲存方式都無法保證百分之百安全。
七、使用者權利與資料刪除
您可以透過以下方式聯絡我們：

- 查詢與您帳號相關的資料
- 刪除您的帳號資料
- 刪除與您帳號相關的點數錢包資料
- 詢問資料處理方式
請注意，部分交易紀錄可能會因安全、防詐欺、稅務、會計、法律或退款處理需求而保留必要期間。
八、兒童隱私
本 App 不是專門提供給 13 歲以下兒童使用的服務。若您是未成年人，請在父母或監護人同意下使用本 App。
如果我們發現未經同意收集了兒童個人資料，將採取合理措施刪除相關資料。
九、第三方連結與服務
本 App 可能使用第三方服務，例如 Google、Firebase、AdMob、Google Play Billing、Cloudflare 與雲端文件轉換服務。這些第三方服務可能依其各自的隱私權政策處理資料。

1. Purpose of the App
The App provides file conversion and PDF tools, including image to PDF, PDF to images, PDF to Word, Word to PDF, presentation to PDF, PDF merge and split, and cloud-based document conversion.
Some features are processed locally on your device. Some high-accuracy conversion features may upload files to cloud services for processing.
2. Data We May Collect or Process
We may collect or process the following data:
Account data:
- Google account email
- Google account identifier
- Firebase user ID
We use this data to sign you in, sync your credit wallet, verify Google Play purchases, and prevent duplicate credit grants.
File data:
When you use cloud conversion, selected files may be uploaded for processing. This may include original files, converted files, file names, file sizes, file formats, and conversion status.
Payment data:
The App uses Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your credit card number or bank account information. We may process product IDs, purchase tokens, order status, credit grant records, and whether a purchase has already been processed.
Advertising data:
The App may use Google AdMob to show ads. Google AdMob may process device information, advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and related usage data according to Google’s policies.
Technical data:
We may process request time, error codes, conversion status, app version, and technical diagnostic information to maintain and improve the App.
3. How We Use Data
We use data to:
- Provide file conversion features
- Sync user credits
- Verify purchases
- Prevent duplicate credit grants
- Show ads
- Maintain service security
- Fix errors and improve the App
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Sharing
We may share data with service providers only as needed to operate the App, including:
- Google / Firebase for sign-in, authentication, billing, and ads
- Cloudflare for backend API, temporary storage, wallet, and job state
- Cloud conversion providers for document conversion
5. Retention and Deletion
Cloud conversion files are used only for processing and download. They are retained for a limited period and are intended to be deleted or expire after processing, or within approximately 24 hours.
Purchase and credit records may be retained to prevent duplicate grants, handle refunds, provide support, and comply with security or legal requirements.
You may contact us to request deletion of account-related data.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, Firebase token verification, server-side purchase verification, and secure handling of secrets. We do not store full credit card details, and we do not intentionally log full purchase tokens, full Firebase ID tokens, or private keys.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor, please use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.
