Velocevent Event App is a platform that allows corporate event planners to build a custom app for their event. You can add features like event maps, information about the exhibits, speakers and more. Building an app is very simple and they offer a free version for events with 99 attendees or less.

Event marketing is a huge industry and Velocevent found they had a lot of competition for their app. They were looking for ways to stay ahead of the competition when we started working together in May 2018.

They already had social profiles on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook with an existing audience, so we skipped profile building and when straight for outreach. Velocevent had a straightforward business model so choosing the themes was simple. Velocevent features, premium plans and news about corporate events, with a weekly reminder that Velocevent offers a free version for them to try without commitment.

Actively posting on social media enhanced Velocevent's reach. However, this was not enough to catch up with the competition. We needed to educate possible users about the features of Velocevent with content of higher value. We started developing and distributing guides and articles.

After that Velocevent audience had access to support information, without the need to contact customer support. Users searching for that information were more likely to find Veloceven. SEO authority of their site increased and with it incoming traffic.
