• Personal Information: Users can optionally provide their name, email address, and phone number on the Profile page.

• Device Information: The app bundle may include a device advertising identifier (AD_ID) automatically added by Google SDKs. No other device identifiers are collected.

• Inquiry Details: When users submit an inquiry, the app generates a PDF containing the user’s profile info and the product they are interested in. This PDF is shared with our shop staff to process the inquiry.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected only for the following purposes:

• To process inquiries submitted through the app.

• To generate PDFs for shop staff to respond to user inquiries.

• To ensure the app functions correctly (e.g., device identifiers for internal SDK operation).

We do not use user data for advertising, analytics, personalization, or marketing purposes.

3. How We Share Information

• Personal information entered by users (name, email, phone) is shared only with shop staff via the PDF to process inquiries.

• Device identifiers (AD_ID) are shared with Google services as part of the SDK operation included in the app bundle.

• We do not share user data with third-party advertisers or analytics services.

4. Optional Information

• Users can choose whether to provide profile information.

• Filling out the Profile page is optional; users can browse the app or submit inquiries without providing personal information.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• User information submitted through the app is stored in PDFs and shared with shop staff.

• Currently, users cannot directly delete their profile information from the app.

• If you wish, you can contact us at dnjwellers.11@gmail.com to request deletion of your submitted information. We will process such requests within a reasonable time.

6. Security

• We take appropriate measures to protect user information, including secure transmission when sending inquiry PDFs.

• Users are responsible for ensuring their own devices are secure when using the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
