Q: Do I need to accompany my child during Crafts with Clara, Storytime with Sugar Plum Fairy, or their dress rehearsal?

A: No,  there will be ample teachers and staff present during this time. Please drop your child off for this portion, then return for the performance time. 

Q: Where do I get my tickets?

A: There are no physical tickets. Tell us your dancer's name at the door, and we will check you off the list when you arrive for the performance. 

Q: What if my family size exceeds the allotment of 4 guests/dancer? Can I have more than 4 guests attend the performance?

A: We know that not everyone will use all 4 of their seats. Families may coordinate among each other to 'share' their seat allotment.  When checking in at the door, simply give your dancer's name for your first 4 seats at the door, and the other dancer's name for the additional seats that were shared with you. 

Q: My child's costume is not the right size. Can I exchange it?

A: The costumes for the Nutcracker are rentals (to keep costs down) which means we have a finite quantity of sizes. While we do our best to distribute costumes as close as possible to a dancer's exact size, you may receive a bigger size than you would for a purchased costume. You are welcome to use safety pins to cinch a costume if you would like a better fit. If your costume seems extremely ill-fitting, please notify us.
