Background:
Diana is a first-generation Latina from East Los Angeles. Her interest in STEM began at Belvedere Middle School through the STEM club and Viva Technology program. In undergrad, she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics (Fall'23) and Electrical Engineering (Fall'23) out of a love and curiosity for both fields at Cal Poly Pomona. Through internships, research experiences, and programs like Cal-Bridge Diana honed her passion for electrical engineering research with applications that explore natural phenomena.
