If you received an access code from a chair or sponsor, follow these instructions to claim your tickets. We do not provide codes in this website.
3. Click on the "Enter promotional code" link.
4. Enter the promotional code provided to you.
4. Select the sessions you are planning to attend among:
- Thu AM @ UPF - (Your profile)
- Thu PM @ UPF - (Your profile)
- Fri AM @ UPC - (Your profile)
Do NOT select any "General entry" or "Overflow room" tickets.
5. Enter your contact data, as well as the chair or sponsor who invited you. If you applied for multiple tickets, notice you do NOT NEED TO COPY your data multiple times, there is an option for automatic copy (see figure).
6. Click on the "Complete Registration" green button. This will send your tickets to the provided e-mail address. On the day of the event, bring the QR code at check in on your phone to collect your badge.
