Effective date: [August 1, 2026]
Diwa Game II is an offline, single-player casual game. This page explains what happens to your information when you use the app. The short answer: nothing is collected or shared.
1. Overview
Diwa Game II is a fictional, sea-monster themed casual game. It is distributed as an offline HTML5 experience: all game files run entirely on your device and the app never connects to any server. There is no account system, no chat, no purchases, no advertising and no real-money or simulated-money mechanics of any kind. Every creature, card and number in the game is imaginary and has no value.
2. Information we do NOT collect
No personal data: we do not collect your name, email, phone number, address, date of birth or any identifier.
No usage analytics: no tracking pixels, no crash-reporting SDKs, no analytics services.
No network requests: the app makes no network calls, so nothing is uploaded or downloaded while you play.
No third-party SDKs or ad networks.
3. Local storage on your device
The app keeps a small amount of game state (creatures discovered, records, floating messages and your chosen color theme and language) in the local storage of your device only, so you can continue where you left off. This data:
never leaves your device;
is never transmitted anywhere;
can be removed at any time by choosing "Wipe local progress" inside the game's Drift Journal, or by clearing your browser/app storage, or by uninstalling the app.
4. Permissions
The app requires no special permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location or files. If the game is installed through a web-view wrapper, only the system's ordinary local-storage mechanisms are used, and only for the game progress described above. Sound and vibration are used only for gameplay feedback.
5. Children's privacy
Diwa Game II is a light, family-friendly game with no user-generated content shared with others and no communication features. Because the app does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children, the age-related requirements of regulations such as the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / GDPR-K) are not triggered by the app's current functionality. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and implement the appropriate consent mechanisms before collecting anything.
6. Third-party services
None. The app does not embed or call any third-party analytics, advertising, payment or social services.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change the app in ways that affect this policy (for example by adding online features), we will update this page and note the new effective date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
