Introduction

While on duty as a Dispatcher, the most common task that you will be asked to do is to create an incident. On this page, there will be a video, along with a text tutorial, on how to create an incident

How to create an Incident

The first step in creating an incident to to find the incident on the Dispatcher Computer Map. Once you find where you need an incident created, you need to right click, which will promt you to create an incident. You are to left click on the "Create Incident here" button. This will create an incident under your Incident page. You have the ability to type notes within the new incident you have created.

As a note, if you select a unit and then create an incident, that unit will automatically be added to the unit.
