Most Disk B, Disk A, Disk A2, and Disk A2 Plus units manufactured before September 2019 were affected by an issue where the tabs that hold the display in place on the top of the phone would unexpectedly break off under wear and use.

Affected units:

Disk B: All units manufactured

Disk A: All units manufactured between September 2017 - September 2019

Disk A2: All units manufactured between September 2018 - September 2019

Disk A2 Plus: All units manufactured

Disk will repair your device for free by replacing the chassis of the phone. The new chassis' color will match that of your old one.
