The symbols '#' and '^' indicate the forecast of an overnight stay indoors (#) or in a tent (^) near the take-out.

The symbol '~' indicates the possibility of dinner offered by local communities near the overnight stay.

The bold indicates a holiday (take this into account for shop openings, etc.)

ORGANIZATION

Sleeping:

Accommodation on the floor in closed rooms or in your own tent in our base camps with wc and sometimes showers.

Eating:

Breakfast: independently

Lunch: packed lunch during a break along the river run, independently

Dinner: at the place of overnight stay, independently or offered by local communities (complete, genuine, abundant fixed menu)

Transport:

Two rental vans for the daily transport of luggage and of people.

Upon request with no extra charge: pick up at the Orte railway station for participants arriving by plane.

On the last day at the base camp in Poggio Mirteto we will have the opportunity to wash all the nautical equipment.

COST OF PARTICIPATION 

We will share the costs of accommodation, dinner, transportation: 500euro/pp.

Nautical equipment and camping equipment to be provided by the participant (rental possible).

Booking by 1. December, 2025. Max 18 participants.

Deposit payment by 15. January 2026: 150euro, after 15. January 2026: 200euro

Balance payment by 15. March 2026: 350euro, after 15. March 2026: 400euro

Cancellation after 15. January 2026: in case of another participant taking over, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded; otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded.
