In the modern era of sophisticated workplace requirements, the technological integration of smart devices has become more essential in enhancing productivity. However, this increased reliance on digital tools poses a challenge in managing and monitoring employee activities, particularly in controlling personal usage during designated work hours. Traditional monitoring systems often struggle with inefficiency and privacy concerns, creating a pressing need for a more effective and respectful solution. This research introduces Trackmee, a novel system designed to address these challenges by providing a balanced approach to employee activity monitoring. Trackmee retrieves, analyzes, and generates detailed reports based on employee data collected from their devices during office hours. The system aims to offer valuable insights into productivity while maintaining strict privacy protocols. Data is encrypted and managed to prevent unauthorized access, with a focus on transparency and consent. Everyday life in this modern era is deeply connected with computing services available both offline and online. Every aspect of human modernization is based on computing devices being an inseparable part of our life. Computer provide a way to accomplish our daily tasks more easily and smoothly with higher accuracy. The system will track activities done through the device every 5 minutes and push them to server. From server, a daily performance report based on computer or laptop use, will be sent to the employer. A monthly report will also be sent to the employee so that he can improve his performance for future activities. We surveyed on 20 such organization who provides PC, laptops or smartphone to their employees to make work fast. But they have faced the problem described above. So, they need an application that will help them in monitoring their employees’ activities on such devices.
