Sanika, a second-year student of the Civil Engineering Department at Government Polytechnic in 2022, achieved remarkable success in a prestigious debate competition. The competition revolved around the thought-provoking topics of the National Education Policy and corruption, attracting participants from diploma and engineering institutions across the state. Sanika’s journey began at the Mysore CPC, where her eloquence and well-articulated arguments secured her the first position.

Advancing to the second round in Hubli, she once again outshone her peers, clinching the first position and proving her consistency and dedication. The final round, held in Bangalore, was a fiercely contested event, with top participants from across Karnataka. Sanika secured the second position, a commendable achievement given the level of competition.

Her exemplary performance earned her recognition and a prestigious award from the Chief Minister of Karnataka, a proud moment not only for Sanika but also for her institution.
