Before our church, I was baptized last April 20, 2024. Before my baptism, Daddy and Tito Nolan talked with me several times to make sure that I was ready to be baptized. Praises to God for giving me the faith and desire to follow Jesus Christ!

This is my oral narration for Joshua 2:8-24. 

We read Genesis 40 and this is how I remembered the story when Joseph interepreted the dreams of two prisoners.

We read Joshua 6 and this is what I remembered from the passage. I enjoyed recalling the details of this passage.

I was reminded of God's sovereignty when we read Joshua 6. The Lord had a perfect timing for everything, even when the walls of city of Jericho would fall. God was patient in waiting for His perfect timing and gave time for Rahab and her family to escape.

We read from Genesis 41:1-36 how Joseph interpreted the dreams of Pharaoh.

We continued reading Genesis 41 and I picked up from where Yumi had already narrated and remembered an important detail of the story when Joseph thanked the Lord for making him forget about all his hardship from the past because the Lord blessed him and gave him all his needs.

We read Genesis 45 and I really like this story because finally, Joseph was reunited with his brothers. I also realized that Joseph is like Jesus Christ because he was sent by God to Egypt to save his people from the famine just like Jesus was sent by God to save us from eternal death!

We read about the time when the Israelites were about to settle in Egypt as they were allowed by the Pharaoh and I realized how gracious and merciful God is to the Israelites that even when the Egyptians saw shepherds as an abomination, the Pharaoh gave them land in Egypt. More so, the Pharaoh let them choose to live in the best of the land.

We read Judges 6:11-16 and I learned about the time when God was calling Gideon to save His people. Gideon was scared to fight the Midianites because he thought that their clan, Manasseh, was weak. But God assured Gideon that He will be with him.
