This Privacy Policy explains how AI Dining Room Designer 3D ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you understand exactly how your data is handled, especially concerning our Artificial Intelligence (AI) features.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
We strictly limit the data we collect to what is necessary for the App to function.
- User-Provided Data (Text Prompts): The only personal data we collect from you are the text descriptions (prompts) you type into the App to describe your desired dining room design. We collect this data directly from you when you enter it into the text field and tap the "Generate" button.
- Device and Analytics Data: We do not actively track you. However, our third-party infrastructure providers (like Apple or Google) may collect standard crash logs and usage metrics (such as OS version and device model) to ensure app stability.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
The text prompts you provide are used strictly and solely for one purpose: to generate the 3D dining room concepts you requested. We do not use your text prompts for advertising, profiling, or tracking your identity.
3. SHARING DATA WITH THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES
To provide the core functionality of our App, your text prompts must be processed by third-party Artificial Intelligence services. In compliance with data protection standards, we disclose the following regarding our data sharing:
(a) What data is sent:
We ONLY send the raw text prompts you type into the App (e.g., "A modern dining room with a glass table"). We do not send your name, email, device ID, location, or any other personal identifiers.
(b) Who the data is sent to:
Your text prompts are securely transmitted to the following third-party AI providers:
- OpenAI, LLC: Used to enhance and format your text prompt for better architectural results.
- Replicate, Inc. / Black Forest Labs: Used to render and generate the final 3D image based on the enhanced text prompt.
(c) Obtaining User Permission:
Before any data is transmitted to these third parties, the App will present a clear "AI Data Notice" modal. You must explicitly tap "I Agree and Continue" to grant us permission to send your text prompt to OpenAI and Replicate. If you do not grant permission, no data will be sent, and the generation feature will remain inactive.
(d) Third-Party Data Protection:
We confirm that the third-party services we share data with (OpenAI and Replicate) provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. They process the prompts via secure APIs, and their API terms prohibit them from using your API data to train their public machine learning models.
4. PHOTO LIBRARY ACCESS
If you choose to save a generated dining room design, the App will request write-only access to your device's Photo Library.Â
- The App only adds the specific image you chose to save.
- The App DOES NOT read, scan, upload, or modify any of your existing photos.
5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your generated images and prompts are saved locally on your device so you can view your history. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the App from your device. We do not maintain a remote database of your generated images or prompts.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
