Dimora Ladunia G7 is located in Ladunia Village, an exclusive residence between Golfo della Marinella and Porto Rotondo.

The house is a 2 bedroom apartment (double bed & bunk bed) with an open kitchen, one bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa bed, a terrace with suggestive sea view and a private garden.

The space

The house is equipped with washing machine, iron, portable fan, air conditioner, hairdryer.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels or you can rent them at the Village's Service center.

The residence Ladunia is located on top of an hill with a 360° view on the Golfo della Marinella, one of the most beautiful beach of the Emerald Coast.

The village has a private stunning Infinity Pool, a Private Dock, a Bar, a Restaurant, Tennis courts and Soccer field, private parks, all surrounded by magnificent gardens.

Ladunia is a 5 minute drive from Porto Rotondo and Golfo della Marinella. You can also reach the sea by a 5 minute walk down to the Village's private dock, an exclusive quite place, even during crowded periods, with crystal water. Or you can reach Marinella beach by a panoramic 20 minutes walk.
