Building Better Barangays: DILG-AC and Relief International Boost Development Planning Skills

On March 6, 2025, the Department of the Interior and Local Government – Angeles City (DILG-AC), in collaboration with Relief International, successfully conducted the Barangay Development Planning Seminar at Widus Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone.

The seminar was part of the ongoing Community Health Leadership Governance and Management Program (CHLGMP) Training, which aims to strengthen the development planning capacities of selected barangays in Angeles City.

Through the activity, participants were equipped with essential knowledge and practical tools to enhance their leadership in community health and development initiatives, enabling them to align local plans with actual needs and deliver more responsive programs at the grassroots level.
