Pulung Cacutud is a highly urbanized barangay which promotes the socio-economic conditions to attain prosperity, a peaceful and environmentally friendly community, advocating equal justice and transparent government administration for the general welfare of its inhabitants, and promoting health and nutrition to ensure the well-being of all residents. it has 7 puroks in Proper , 7 districts inEpza , Phase 1, 3a ,4, Dungca village in Bagong Silang. Pulung cacutud also has 5 gasoline stations, 1 private School, 2 elementary and secondary schools. the source of income of most resident are 60% factory workers, 10% construction workers, and 30 % other professional jobs.
