Empowering Financial Stewardship: DILG-AC Guides Barangay Treasurers in Effective Reporting

The DILG Angeles City conducted an Orientation on the Preparation of Accomplishment Reports for Barangay Treasurers on February 14, 2025, at the Barangay Pampang Conference Room, Angeles City.

The session aimed to enhance the capacity of barangay treasurers in preparing and submitting accurate reports, particularly those related to the allocation and utilization of funds for mandatory barangay development plans and programs.

Following the orientation, participants gained a better understanding of financial reporting requirements and standards, resulting in improved accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in their submissions. This also strengthened transparency and accountability in the financial management of barangay funds.
