Released through annual and quarterly newsletters, BAGWIS aims to inform, inspire, and engage stakeholders by showcasing the Department’s efforts in advancing good local governance, public service, and community development.

The word "bagwis" means "wing" in Filipino, symbolizing upliftment, movement, and the aspiration to soar toward progress—values that reflect the mission of DILG Angeles City.
