CUAYAN
Barangay Cuayan has benefited from infrastructure projects aimed at improving connectivity and accessibility. Notably, the construction of the Anunas-Cuayan Bridge, inaugurated in February 2022, has enhanced transportation links between Barangay Cuayan and neighboring Barangay Anunas. This bridge serves as a vital route for residents and contributes to the overall development of the area .
The cultural heritage of Barangay Cuayan is also notable. One example is the "Bale Cuayan," a house built in 1892 primarily from bamboo, *sawali*, and nipa. Constructed by Don Mariano Vicente y de Miranda, the grandson of Angeles City's founder, it served various purposes over the years, including as a rest house, a photographic studio, and quarters during wartime. The house reflects the architectural style and historical experiences of the community.
