ANGELES CITY MULTI-STAKEHOLDERS ADVISORY COUNCIL (MSAC)
The Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Council (MSAC) is a collaborative network of institutions and organizations that support the Local Governance Regional Resource Centers (LGRRCs) in delivering capacity development services and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation in local governance. MSAC is composed of Local Resource Institutes (LRIs), National Government Agencies (NGAs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and Leagues of Local Government Units (LGUs). As partners and service providers, MSAC members contribute to the implementation of governance reform programs, the delivery of technical assistance, and the strengthening of linkages among key stakeholders in local development.
For Angeles City, the MSAC is actively composed of nine member institutions that represent various sectors and agencies working together to support the LGRRC. These institutions include the DILG Angeles City, Angeles City Police Office, Angeles City Fire Station, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology – Angeles City, Commission on Elections – Angeles City, Liga ng mga Barangay – Angeles City, Sangguniang Kabataan Federation – Angeles City, City College of Angeles, and the Cobra Civil Community Society Groups, Inc. This diverse membership reflects a strong commitment to inclusive and participatory local governance.
The Angeles City MSAC continues to serve as a valuable partner of the LGRRC in promoting good governance and building resilient, well-informed, and empowered local institutions. Through regular engagements, joint programs, and capacity-building activities, the MSAC demonstrates its commitment to participatory governance and inclusive development.
