On June 2, 2025, the DILG Angeles City proudly launched the CULIAT – Angeles City Local Governance Regional Resource Center (LGRRC)—marking the beginning of a bold, high-flying chapter in local governance.

With its new identity taking the form of an angel, the CULIAT logo draws inspiration from the very name of the city—Angeles—representing not only its people but also the spirit that uplifts communities through service, unity, and innovation. This emblem takes flight as a symbol of guidance, hope, and progress.
