Profile: Scholar
To prospective students: I am looking for graduate students who are interested in pursuing a Ph.D. in operations research with a focus on (stochastic) nonlinear optimization and differential privacy. Competitive applicants should have a strong background in applied math, statistics, and computation. Applications are encouraged from undergraduate or master's students in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related areas. Background
I joined as an Assistant professor in OREM Department at SMU in Oct 2020.
I completed my Ph.D. at Georgia Institute of Technology in the summer of 2020 under the advice of Dr. George Lan and Dr. Santanu Dey.
Before joining as a full-time Ph.D. student, I worked as a High-frequency Trader at a Proprietary Trading firm.
