This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and African Triangle ("Developer") for the software product Digital Tigrigna (the "App"), which includes computer software and associated media and online or electronic documentation.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the App.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Developer hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms and Conditions.
You may not: (a) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App; (b) rent, lease, sublicense, loan, or otherwise transfer or distribute the App to any third party; (c) remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App; or (d) use the App for any commercial purpose, unless expressly permitted by Developer in writing.
The App and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App are owned by Developer or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the App is subject to these rights, and you agree not to infringe upon them.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of the EULA, you shall cease all use of the App and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the App.
The App is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Developer and its licensors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Developer or its licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, even if Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country or State], excluding its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this EULA will be brought exclusively in the courts located in [City, Country or State], and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Developer concerning the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter.
Developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this EULA. It is your responsibility to check this EULA periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the App following the posting of any changes to this EULA constitutes acceptance of those changes.
