Simple Show Timer（以下「本アプリ」）では、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報および利用データを適切に取り扱います。
本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリでは、利用者の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの個人情報を、運営者が独自に収集する機能を設けていません。
本アプリの利用にあたり、アカウント登録も必要ありません。
本アプリでは、利用者が作成した以下の情報を端末内に保存します。

カードに登録した画像
タイマー設定
レポート
アプリ設定
これらのデータは、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。
本アプリ独自のクラウドサーバーへ自動的に送信・保存することはありません。
Premium Verでは、利用者が任意でバックアップファイルを作成できます。
バックアップファイルには、イベント・セット・カード・画像・レポート・設定などの情報が含まれる場合があります。
バックアップファイルの保存先や共有先は利用者自身が選択します。
運営者がバックアップファイルを自動的に取得または保存することはありません。
本アプリでは、近くの端末とのタイマー同期やデータ共有のためにBluetoothを使用します。
Bluetooth通信では、接続した端末間で、必要に応じて以下の情報が送受信される場合があります。
Bluetooth表示名
タイマー状態
タイマー同期情報
セット情報
カードのタイトルおよび本文
共有対象となるイベント・セット・カード・レポート情報
Bluetoothによる通信は、利用者が接続または共有操作を行った場合に使用されます。
本アプリのBluetooth通信は、本アプリ独自の外部サーバーを経由しません。
本アプリは、利用者の現在地を記録・保存・収集することを目的として位置情報を使用しません。
ただし、一部のAndroidバージョンでは、Bluetooth機器の検出・接続を行うために、Androidの仕様上、位置情報に関連する権限が必要となる場合があります。
この場合も、本アプリが利用者の位置情報を取得して記録・保存する目的では使用しません。
本アプリでは、Premium Verの購入機能を提供しています。
App内課金は、利用している端末に応じて以下のプラットフォームによって処理されます。

Google Play
決済に使用するクレジットカード情報やその他の支払い情報を、本アプリの運営者が直接取得・保存することはありません。
購入状態の確認には、AppleまたはGoogleが提供するApp内課金の仕組みを利用します。
本アプリには、現在、第三者広告を表示する機能はありません。
広告目的のユーザープロファイリングや行動追跡も行っていません。
本アプリでは、現在、独自のアクセス解析サービスを利用して利用者の行動履歴を収集していません。
将来、品質改善や不具合調査のために解析サービス等を導入する場合は、本プライバシーポリシーを更新し、必要な情報を掲載します。
本アプリの運営者は、利用者から取得した個人情報を販売することはありません。
また、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。
なお、App内課金など、AppleまたはGoogleが提供するサービスを利用する際には、それぞれのサービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
本アプリ内で作成したイベント・セット・カード・レポート等は、アプリ内の削除機能を使用して削除できます。
また、本アプリを端末からアンインストールすると、端末内に保存されている本アプリのデータは、OSの仕様に従って削除されます。
ただし、利用者自身が端末外へ保存または共有したバックアップファイルについては、利用者自身で削除する必要があります。
本アプリは、特定の年齢層を対象として個人情報を収集するサービスではありません。
また、本アプリでは利用者の年齢、氏名、連絡先などの登録を求めていません。
本アプリでは、利用者のデータを不要に外部へ送信しない設計を採用しています。
ただし、利用者自身がバックアップファイルやBluetooth共有機能を使用して情報を第三者へ共有した場合、その共有先における情報の取り扱いについては本アプリの管理対象外となります。
本アプリの機能追加、関連法令の変更、利用するサービスの変更などに伴い、本プライバシーポリシーを変更する場合があります。
重要な変更がある場合は、本ページなどを通じてお知らせします。

Simple Show Timer (“the App”) respects user privacy and is designed to minimize the collection and external transmission of personal information and usage data.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when using the App.
The App does not provide features that independently collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address.
No account registration is required to use the App.
The App stores information created by the user locally on the device, including:
Events
Sets
Cards
Images attached to Cards
Timer settings
Reports
App settings
This data is generally stored on the user's device.
The App does not automatically upload or store this information on a cloud server operated by the developer.
Premium Ver allows users to create backup files manually.
Backup files may contain information such as Events, Sets, Cards, images, Reports, and App settings.
Users choose where backup files are stored or shared.
The developer does not automatically collect or store backup files.
The App uses Bluetooth for timer synchronization and data sharing between nearby devices.
Depending on the user's actions, the following information may be transmitted between connected devices:
Bluetooth display name
Timer status
Timer synchronization information
Set information
Card titles and text
Shared Event, Set, Card, and Report data
Bluetooth communication is used only when the user connects devices or initiates sharing.
Bluetooth communication in the App does not pass through an external server operated by the developer.
The App does not use location information for the purpose of recording, storing, or tracking the user's physical location.
However, on some older versions of Android, location-related permission may be required by the operating system in order to discover or connect to nearby Bluetooth devices.
Even in such cases, the App does not use this permission to collect, record, or store the user's location.
The App provides an in-app purchase for Premium Ver.
Purchases are processed through the platform used by the device:
Apple App Store
Google Play
The developer does not directly collect or store credit card information or other payment details.
Purchase entitlement is checked using the in-app purchase systems provided by Apple or Google.
The App does not currently display third-party advertisements.
The App also does not perform advertising-based user profiling or behavioral tracking.
The App does not currently use independent analytics services to collect user activity history.
If analytics or diagnostic services are introduced in the future for quality improvement or troubleshooting, this Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary.
The developer does not sell users' personal information.
Personal information will not be provided to third parties except where required by law.
When services provided by Apple or Google are used, including in-app purchases, the privacy policies of those service providers may apply.
Events, Sets, Cards, Reports, and other data created within the App can be deleted using the App's deletion features.
When the App is uninstalled, data stored locally by the App will be removed in accordance with the behavior of the operating system.
Backup files that users have manually saved or shared outside the App must be deleted separately by the user.
The App is not designed to collect personal information from any specific age group.
The App does not require users to provide their age, name, contact information, or similar personal details.
The App is designed to avoid unnecessary transmission of user data to external systems.
However, if a user chooses to share information with another person using Bluetooth or a backup file, the handling of that information after it has been shared is outside the control of the App and its developer.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when App features change, applicable laws are revised, or third-party services used by the App change.
If there are material changes, they may be announced on this page or through another appropriate method.
