Digital Property Agent is a real estate marketplace that allows users to discover, publish, and contact users about properties, plots, houses, and other real estate opportunities.

Login information, such as Google account details or phone authentication details

You are not required to provide information that is not necessary for the feature you choose to use. However, some features may not work without the required information.
When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

App version

Approximate location derived from IP address
Advertising ID or similar device identifiers
App interactions and usage information
Crash reports, diagnostics, and performance information

We use this information to operate, secure, improve, and analyze the App.

If you publish a property listing, you may choose to upload property photos or other media. These files are used to display your listing to other users.
The App does not access your gallery or camera unless you grant the required Android permission or select the relevant feature.

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob.

App usage information
This information may be used to provide, measure, and improve advertisements, including personalized advertising where permitted by applicable law and your device or privacy settings.

We do not provide advertisers with your private phone number, password, or private account credentials for their own direct marketing.

The App may provide buttons that allow you to call or contact a property owner, seller, or agent through WhatsApp.
When you use these buttons:
The call or message may be handled by your phone or WhatsApp application.
The relevant phone number may be visible to you.

Digital Property Agent does not control conversations conducted outside the App.
You should independently verify property information and the identity of any person you contact.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide the App and its features
Maintain business and technical records
Resolve disputes
Prevent fraud and abuse
Meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements

Deleting your account may also remove your property listings, saved properties, profile information, and other account-related data.
Digital Property Agent is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
The App may use or connect with third-party services, including Google services, advertising services, authentication providers, hosting providers, and WhatsApp.
Third-party services have their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of services that we do not control.
You may:
Update or correct certain account information
Delete your property listings
Request deletion of your account
Disable notifications through your device settings
Manage location, camera, gallery, and other permissions through Android settings
Reset or limit Android Advertising ID usage
Stop using the App at any time
Some features may not work correctly if required permissions are disabled.
Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have different data protection laws.
Where required by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to protect personal information transferred internationally.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
You should review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after an update means that you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
