Our school is launching the implementation of an Erasmus+ project focused on the professional development of teachers through job shadowing activities. As part of the project, eight teachers will have the opportunity to visit four European countries to observe classes, exchange experiences, and learn about innovative educational practices.

This mobility will enable teachers to strengthen their competencies, develop new pedagogical approaches, and bring modern teaching methods into our school. The project represents an important step toward the internationalization of our school and the improvement of teaching quality.

Teachers will spend time in partner schools during different stages of the project, and upon their return, they will share their newly acquired knowledge with colleagues and students.

We look forward to the new insights, partnerships, and opportunities that this Erasmus+ project will bring to our school!

Naša škola započinje realizaciju Erasmus+ projekta usmerenog na profesionalni razvoj nastavnika kroz Job shadowing aktivnost. U okviru projekta, osam nastavnika imaće priliku da poseti četiri evropske države i učestvuje u posmatranju nastave, razmeni iskustava i upoznavanju sa inovativnim obrazovnim praksama.

Ova mobilnost omogući će nastavnicima da unaprede svoje kompetencije, razviju nove pedagoške pristupe i prenesu savremene metode rada u našu školu. Projekat predstavlja važan korak ka internacionalizaciji škole i jačanju kvaliteta nastave.

Nastavnici će boraviti u partnerskim školama tokom različitih faza projekta, a nakon povratka će svoje stečeno iskustvo podeliti sa kolegama i učenicima.

Radujemo se novim znanjima, partnerstvima i mogućnostima koje ovaj Erasmus+ projekat donosi našoj školi!
