Naša škola započinje realizaciju Erasmus+ projekta usmerenog na profesionalni razvoj nastavnika kroz Job shadowing aktivnost. U okviru projekta, osam nastavnika imaće priliku da poseti četiri evropske države i učestvuje u posmatranju nastave, razmeni iskustava i upoznavanju sa inovativnim obrazovnim praksama. Ova mobilnost omogući će nastavnicima da unaprede svoje kompetencije, razviju nove pedagoške pristupe i prenesu savremene metode rada u našu školu. Projekat predstavlja važan korak ka internacionalizaciji škole i jačanju kvaliteta nastave. Nastavnici će boraviti u partnerskim školama tokom različitih faza projekta, a nakon povratka će svoje stečeno iskustvo podeliti sa kolegama i učenicima.

Our school is launching the implementation of an Erasmus+ project focused on the professional development of teachers through job shadowing activities. As part of the project, eight teachers will have the opportunity to visit four European countries to observe classes, exchange experiences, and learn about innovative educational practices. This mobility will enable teachers to strengthen their competencies, develop new pedagogical approaches, and bring modern teaching methods into our school. The project represents an important step toward the internationalization of our school and the improvement of teaching quality. Teachers will spend time in partner schools during different stages of the project, and upon their return, they will share their newly acquired knowledge with colleagues and students. We look forward to the new insights, partnerships, and opportunities that this Erasmus+ project will bring to our school!
Finska – Fokus na ekološkom obrazovanju i održivom razvoju: primena Google Earth-a i digitalnih alata u projektnoj nastavi, razvoj ekološke svesti i integracija održivosti u nastavni proces.
Španija – Digitalno pripovedanje i saradnja: korišćenje alata poput Storybird i Padlet za razvoj kreativnosti, inkluzivnosti i kritičkog mišljenja učenika.
Portugal – Gejmifikacija u nastavi matematike: primena digitalnih alata kao što je GeoGebra za povećanje motivacije i razumevanja matematičkih sadržaja.
Italija – Socijalno-emocionalno učenje (SEL): strategije za razvoj emocionalne pismenosti, inkluzija (rad sa učenicima različitih potreba) i primena SEL-a u digitalnom i hibridnom okruženju.
Finland – Focus on environmental education and sustainable development: application of Google Earth and digital tools in project-based learning, development of environmental awareness, and integration of sustainability into the teaching process.
Spain – Digital storytelling and collaboration: use of tools such as Storybird and Padlet to develop creativity, inclusivity, and students’ critical thinking.
Portugal – Gamification in mathematics teaching: use of digital tools such as GeoGebra to increase motivation and improve understanding of mathematical content.
Italy – Social and Emotional Learning (SEL): strategies for developing emotional literacy, inclusion, working with students with diverse needs, and applying SEL in digital and hybrid learning environments.
