Purpose of Use: This information is used solely for account administration, communication regarding App updates, and support related to the Manager account.
Data Used: Account credentials (usernames/passwords) for Worker accounts are generated and assigned by the Manager. The App stores these internal identifiers to authenticate workers.
Purpose of Use: This is used solely to authenticate Workers and link their activity (working day submissions) to their account for the Manager's review.
Data Used: Workers submit data related to their working days (e.g., dates, hours). Managers use the App to approve or reject this data.
Purpose of Use: This data is the core functional data of the App, used only for the purpose of recording, scheduling, and approving work time between the Manager and Workers.
Data Used: The App uses the Expo notification service to send non-identifying push notifications (alerts). To receive notifications, a unique, non-personal device token (ExpoPushToken) is generated and used by the Expo service to route alerts to your device.
Purpose of Use: The tokens are used solely to send alerts regarding work day submissions, approvals, or rejections. You can opt out of these notifications at the device level.
Third-Party Disclosure: The necessary device token is processed by Expo Application Services for the purpose of delivering notifications. We do not share the notification content or tokens with any other third party.
No General Personal Data Collection: The App does not collect or process sensitive personal information, such as your name, personal email, precise location, photos, financial information, or contact list.
