Privacy Policy for Digital Merging
Last updated: April 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Digital Merging (the “App”) handles information when you use the App on your device.
1. Developer contact
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at:
rasheedkehinde166@gmail.com
2. Information we collect
Digital Merging is designed primarily as an offline puzzle game. The App does not require you to create an account and does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location for gameplay purposes.
3. Data stored on your device
To provide core features, the App may store local data on your device, including but not limited to:
Game settings (for example: sound, music, vibration, animation preferences)
Game progress and statistics (for example: scores, best score, moves)
This information is stored using on-device storage mechanisms (such as Android local preferences) and is used only to operate the App on your device.
4. Sharing and transmission
We do not sell your personal information. Unless required by law or explicitly described otherwise in a future update, we do not transmit your local game data to our servers, because the App is not designed to require such transmission for normal gameplay.
5. Permissions
The App may request the following permission:
VIBRATE: used to provide optional haptic feedback during gameplay, if enabled in settings.
Note on Advertising ID (if applicable)
Your app manifest may include com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID. If you do not use advertising or analytics that access the advertising ID, you should remove this permission to match your actual behavior and reduce compliance complexity. If you do use services that rely on the advertising ID, you must update this section to describe what SDKs you use, what data is collected, and how users can opt out where required by Google Play policies.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
8. Your choices
You can clear App data or uninstall the App at any time through your device settings, which may remove locally stored preferences and progress.
