CraftVerse built DigiList: Planner & Checklist as a free application. This Service is provided by CraftVerse at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when using the app.

Definitions

Application refers to DigiList: Planner & Checklist.

1. Google Account Information

If you choose to enable Cloud Sync, you will be asked to sign in with your Google account.

Depending on your permissions, we may collect:

• Your Google account email address

• Your display name

• Your Google account unique identifier

This information is used only to:

• Authenticate your account

• Enable secure cloud synchronization

• Associate your cloud data with your account

We do not access your Google password.

2. Your Checklist Data

Your tasks, lists, reminders, and related app data are stored:

• Locally on your device

• Securely in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore (only if you enable Cloud Sync)

Cloud data is associated with your Google account and is used solely to synchronize your data across your signed-in devices.

We do not sell, share, or use your checklist data for advertising or marketing.

3. Usage Data

We collect limited anonymous usage information to improve the app.

Examples include:

• Most visited screens

• Button interactions

• App version

• Crash information (if enabled)

• General app usage statistics

This information does not include your checklist contents.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide Cloud Sync functionality

• Authenticate your Google account

• Sync your data across devices

• Improve app performance

• Analyze anonymous usage trends

• Deliver bug fixes and updates

• Verify active subscriptions

Subscription Purchases

DigiList offers an optional premium subscription that removes advertisements and may provide additional premium features.

All purchases are securely processed by Google Play Billing.

We do not collect or store your payment card information.

Google may provide us with limited purchase status information (such as whether a subscription is active) so that premium features can be enabled.

Advertising

The free version of DigiList displays advertisements using Google AdMob.

AdMob may collect certain information, including:

• Device identifiers

• Advertising ID (where available)

• Approximate location

If you purchase the premium subscription, advertisements are removed while your subscription remains active.

Our Service is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

While no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, we strive to protect your data using industry-standard security measures provided by Google Firebase.

Internet Usage

Internet access is required for:

• Google Sign-In

• Cloud synchronization

• Loading advertisements (free version)

Core checklist functionality remains available offline. Changes made while offline will synchronize once an internet connection becomes available and Cloud Sync is enabled.

Data Retention

If Cloud Sync is enabled, your synchronized data is retained until:

• You delete your account data through the app (if supported), or

• You contact us requesting deletion, or

• You remove the data yourself.

Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete the app data or uninstall the application.

Your Choices

You may:

• Use the app without enabling Cloud Sync.

• Disable Cloud Sync by signing out of your Google account.

• Cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store.

• Request deletion of your cloud data by contacting us or in app.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
